DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS :
If there is a problem with the product during the warranty period (not artificial damage, the product has not been dismantled and modified), we will teach you how to deal with the product problem, and send you related accessories for free, until the problem is solved for you. Your warranty period starts from the date of purchase or confirmed delivery to you. Warranty shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please note that used or demo products are final sale and no returns or refunds will be issued. Warranty:

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR REFUSED SHIPMENTS :
If you provided us with an inaccurate shipping address or the shipment was refused by the recipient and your order is returned to us by the shipping company, we will refund your purchase minus a 60% restocking fee and original shipping charges and will also deduct additional shipping charges for the return (as charged to us by the shipping company). We count on you to provide the correct shipping address for your order, therefore, please be sure provide us with the correct and complete shipping address for your order. We urge you to do your homework before purchasing as we do not accept returns thus charging the above-mentioned restocking fee.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS :
Each of our products is inspected prior to dispatch to our customers to make sure that no products leaves damaged. If you find your purchased product to be damaged in any way on delivery to you, we require that you notify us by e-mail or call within 24 hours of receipt providing a detailed and full description of the problem and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. Promptly return the product to us including a fully completed Returns Form. Once we receive the returned product and if the returned item is proved to be damaged we will replace your order immediately. Please ensure the returned product is securely packaged and well protected. Please note that all shipments are never insured by KayakPlant, At the time of purchase, customers are asked if they would like to purchase insurance at an added cost. We assume no responsibility what so ever if you received a damaged shipment without insurance. KayakPlant does not own any of its transportation or shipping companies. We use third-party transporters and therefore advise on insurance.
LOST OR MISSING SHIPMENTS :
Lost or missing shipments must be reported to KayakPlant within a week of the expected delivery date. Should our shipping company show the lost or missing package as delivered, you will need to sign an affidavit attesting to the fact that the package was indeed not received by you. Any unreported lost or missing shipments are the responsibility of the customer and KayakPlant shall assume no liability for unreported missing or lost shipments. Please note once again we assume no responsibility if your shipment was not insured.
SHIPPING ERRORS :
It is our intention to process each order with 100% accuracy. If there is a shipping error on our part related to your order, please accept our sincere apologies in advance. Please call or e-mail us immediately to report the error. We will organize to pick up the incorrect product and send out the correct replacement product at our cost. Please note we do not offer refunds if through this process you change your mind.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT :
Please call us or e-mail us to receive a Return Authorization Number before returning any order. You must send us a fully completed return form with any returned product. All unauthorized returns will be refused, you must contact us first to return any item, and simply shipping the item back to us can result in lost packages or additional processing charges that will be the responsibility of the customer. All returned items must be in its original shape and original manufacturer’s packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase. If the product is not returned to us with all of the original packaging’s or it is not in “as-new” conditions, it will be sent back to you. No partial returns will be accepted. All items must be returned with shipping pre-paid. Under no circumstances is user-damaged product returnable. We don’t accept any product if it is not in its original brand new condition or missing parts, or has signs of use or misuse, or is not suitable for resale. On returned product, the shipping and handling fee will not be refunded (unless the return is a result of our error on our part).

Riding a motorized products an activity with inherent and obvious risks. This means that due to the nature of the activity, the situations that you may encounter expose you to the risk of injury (minor and serious), paralysis, or death in the event of an accident. We cannot predict or control how you ride, or, predict or control the exact nature of the consequences of an accident or fall. Any fall or accident can result in serious injury, paralysis or death.
When you purchase a KayakPlant products, you are acknowledging and agreeing that you are aware using this products for its intended purpose is risky, and that you willingly accept these risks.
Section B – Legality Of Use
Laws governing the use of motorized products or similar vehicles vary from country to country, city to city, district to district. It is your responsibility to check local laws around your area before using the KayakPlant products, and to obey those laws.
Section C – Assumption Of Risk & Waiver Of Liability
By purchasing one or more KayakPlant products, you acknowledge that riding the KayakPlant products are a dangerous activity, and you accept all the inherent and obvious risks involved with its intended use.
By purchasing one or more KayakPlant products, you confirm that you of the legal age to enter into such a contract.
By purchasing one or more KayakPlant products, you agree to release and forever discharge KayakPlant products, including any of our subsidiaries, contractors, employees, officers or representatives, from and against all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, damages or proceedings arising from any injury, death, property damage, proceeding or loss sustained by you or any third party as a result of using your KayakPlant products.
By purchasing one or more KayakPlant products, You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KayakPlant products, including any of our subsidiaries, contractors, employees, officers or representatives, from and against all claims, suits, demands, expenses, costs, damages or proceedings arising from any injury, death, property damage, proceeding or loss sustained by you or any third party as a result of using your KayakPlant products.
